My Molekule stopped powering on after about a year, and I wasn’t sure if I was still within the warranty window. I reached out to support expecting it might be a hassle, but I figured it was worth asking before assuming I was out of luck.

They got back to me the next day and explained what they needed. I had to send over a few photos and the serial number, which felt reasonable. Once they had everything, the replacement was approved and shipped quickly, so I can’t really complain about the outcome.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the first response felt a little generic and not super personal. That said, once an actual support rep took over, the process was fair and easy enough, and they did stand behind the product

We got a Molekule for our bedroom maybe a few weeks ago, and I do feel like the air smells cleaner in the mornings. There seems to be less of that dusty, stuffy feeling, which is nice. My allergies definitely aren’t gone or anything, but the room feels noticeably fresher overall. Setup took maybe 10 minutes or so and was simple. So far, I’m happy with it...

I could tell right away this was going to work in my bedroom. It runs so quietly that I barely notice it’s even on

I’ve had my molekule for a while now, replacing the filters has been way less annoying than I expected. I always think, okay, here we go, this is probably going to be overpriced or out of stock, but so far they’ve been easy to find whenever I check. The price feels fair enough, and shipping has been quick too. It’s nice not having to overthink it and just being able to keep the thing running.

I use this every day and, shockingly, it still works like it’s brand new after months. Nice to have something actually do what it’s supposed to for once.
